Carlos is a highly skilled, dedicated, self-starting professional with more than forty years of experience in the Real Estate Business and Investments as well as the Construction Industry. He has been involved in Real Estate since 1974, whether buying, selling, or renting land, apartments and offices; or taking a building project from design through to construction and completion.
Carlos is originally from South America and has a family background in Real Property ownership. Highly organized and with an international education, he has been self-employed most of his live and has started several successful companies.
Since his arrival in Canada in 1996, he has been actively involved in the Real Estate Industry as both a participant and an investor. Since 2008, he has worked in the field of condominium management with Lenyx Corp. While Spanish is his native language, Carlos is also a skilled communicator in the English language, having worked and studied in English for many years.
Pro-active by nature, Carlos possesses good people skills, and successfully builds rapport with clients, tenants, owners, contractors, and employees. He also has experience dealing very closely with lawyers, accountants, business owners and other professionals.
His computer skills have played an important part in his Real Estate business; he is competent with accounting procedures and software, and has done his own personal and business bookkeeping, planning, and estimating for many years. Carlos is also able to work in several computer programs including: Windows & Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, as well as QuickBooks.
